This custom renovation took a brick home built in the 1950’s and turned it into an elevated cottage home with major curb appeal. By adding dormer windows on the second story, we opened up the second floor and created dimension and intrigue for the front elevation. Architect Stephen Fuller was consulted to help create the new elevations for the home, and Jane Hollman from Studio Entourage was brought in to design the kitchen and other interior spaces. By adding custom millwork, gorgeous marbles, and metal windows, doors, and accents, the space is transformed into a transitional home that is fresh and unique, yet maintains many of its charming original characteristics.
